Remote with fixed meeting points
You work where you are productive. Several times a year we meet in person, usually in Düsseldorf.
Equipment of your choice
You pick your machine, screen and tools. Whatever you need for the work, we provide.
Learning in operations
Placements in partner hotels are part of the job. Whoever knows the operation builds the better product.
Clear terms
Fair fixed salary, permanent contract, 30 days of leave. We talk about numbers early and openly.

There is no advertised role right now.
That does not mean we are not looking. We fill almost every role through speculative applications, because fit matters more to us than a deadline.
We are especially glad to hear from people in hospitality, software engineering, speech technology and customer care.
