Usage in normal hotel operations is included in the fixed price. We measure it in full from day one and show it on every invoice. Anything beyond is only ever charged after we have agreed it with you. No throttling, no silent add-ons.
We count by channel: web chat, WhatsApp and email as conversations, phone calls as calls with their duration, plus the bookings made. A conversation is one continuous exchange with a guest, no matter how many messages it contains.

Hugo looks after your guests around the clock. Both tools can be booked separately and combined with Felix or Stella. Separate terms apply.
The most common pricing questions.
Do we pay per room?
No. Each position costs a fixed monthly price per property, not per room. The fixed price covers up to 300 rooms per property; larger properties we quote separately. Properties with up to 50 rooms receive 20% off, up to 20 rooms 40%.
How long do the introductory prices apply?
The introductory prices apply to every contract signed by 31/03/2027, for the agreed contract term. Once that term ends, the regular list price applies.
How does it work in a group or chain?
One position can look after several properties in your group. You pay for the position once, every additional location costs €49 per month. If an enquiry does not make clear which property is meant, the position asks the guest. A property that differs clearly from the others can also have its own position.
What counts as a conversation?
One continuous exchange with a guest on one channel, no matter how many messages it contains. Phone calls do not count as conversations; they are counted separately as calls with their duration. A WhatsApp thread about the same request is one conversation.
How do we pay?
A monthly e-invoice (ZUGFeRD) with a ten-day payment term, and on request conveniently by SEPA Direct Debit.
Can we combine positions?
You don't need Felix and Stella together. Felix works around the clock on every channel and covers the night as well. Stella is the choice if you only want the phone covered at night. Hugo, our F&B Manager, works with both: kiosk and FoodApp are added on top of Felix or Stella.
How long are we committed?
The minimum term is six months, and the first 30 days after the contract is signed are a free trial you can cancel at any time. You can cancel at the end of the minimum term with one month's notice; after that the contract renews for twelve months at a time, with three months' notice. The full details are set out in our terms and conditions. Hugo's kiosk and FoodApp have a minimum term of twelve months, with no monthly fee for the first 30 days.
