What a 60-room hotel gains.
Calculated, not measured: a hotel with 60 rooms, 72% occupancy, a €110 room rate and a front desk staffed 14 hours a day. Every assumption behind it is laid open in the calculator and can be set to your own hotel.
Connected to your hotel system.
Felix works directly in your PMS. No duplicate data entry, no Excel lists.
Four sentences you can show your data protection officer.
Hosted in the EU, in Frankfurt and Amsterdam.
Guest data never leaves your system unmasked.
Export and deletion functions exist from day one, not on request.
Your guests always know they are talking to an AI assistant.

How much does a digital employee for hotels cost?
Stella as Night Concierge from €475 per month instead of €875, Felix as Guest Relations Manager from €975 per month instead of €1,475. Properties under 30 rooms receive a further 20% off. For comparison: a full-time front desk employee costs around €40,000 per year. Basis: average front-desk salary per StepStone and meingehalt.net 2026, plus around 22 % employer contributions. These are introductory prices for contracts signed by 31/12/2026.
Can the AI really create bookings?
Yes. Felix checks availability and rates live in your hotel system and creates the booking directly. Critical actions such as cancellations are submitted for your approval.
Is this GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Hosting in the EU (Frankfurt, Amsterdam), guest data never leaves your system unmasked, export and deletion functions from day one. A data processing agreement is included as standard.
Does this replace my team?
No. Felix and Stella take over the phone and the routine questions, and your team gains time for the guests in the house. You decide what the digital staff may do and what stays your call.
How long does setup take?
The connection to your hotel system takes minutes. From there it is usually a few days until go-live: teaching the knowledge, trial run, handover. You do not need your own IT for it.
Which hotel systems are supported?
Apaleo and Mews are live. Oracle OPERA Cloud and Planet (Protel) are in preparation. Missing your system? Talk to us, connecting it is often faster than you would think.
What happens when the AI gets stuck?
Felix hands over to your team, documents where things stand and honestly tells the guest that someone will follow up. Nothing is made up, nothing gets lost.
Which languages does Felix answer in?
More than 30, including English, German, Dutch, French and Spanish. Guests do not have to pick one, Felix recognizes the language from the first sentence.
