What does the demo cost?
Nothing. Access is free and without obligation, with no credit card and no contract. You can have it deleted at any time.
Do I need my own hotel system for it?
No. You test in the UppSide Hotel Berlin, our demo hotel with a connected hotel system. We only connect your own system once Felix is going to work in your hotel.
How long does access last?
72 hours. Have a look tonight, again tomorrow morning. After that, access ends by itself, there is nothing to cancel.
What happens after the 72 hours?
It is your call: a conversation with us, or getting started right away with your own hotel. The first 30 days after the contract is signed are a free trial you can cancel at any time, and the minimum term is six months.

Send the form again with the same email address. You will not get a second account, just a sign-in link for the existing one. Please also check your spam folder.
What happens to my details?
We use them to set up your access and to get in touch with you about the demo. Data storage and hosting in the EU, in Frankfurt. You will find the details in the privacy policy.
