One salary instead of a licence jungle
Each position costs a fixed monthly price per hotel, regardless of room count, up to 300 rooms per location. Small properties receive a discount: 20% up to 50 rooms, 40% up to 20 rooms. In groups and chains, one position can look after several properties, and each additional location costs a small surcharge. You can find the current prices on our pricing page at any time.
Fair use in everyday operation
Usage in normal hotel operations is included in the fixed price. We measure it in full from day one and show it on every invoice. Anything beyond is only ever charged after we have agreed it with you, and you are never throttled. A conversation is one continuous exchange with a guest, no matter how many messages it contains.
Invoices the way your accounting likes them
You receive a monthly e-invoice in ZUGFeRD format, ready for your accounting software. Our terms answer questions about the contract and its duration, and for anything else the team is happy to help at info@hostupp.ai.
