Multiple properties: managing locations
One position, several locations: how everyone keeps track.
Updated: 31 August 2026
One position can look after several properties
If your business includes several properties, the same position looks after all of them: it asks the guest which property they mean and assigns each request to the right location. You can find out what an additional location costs on our pricing page.
The “Locations” section
There you see each connected property with its hotel system reference and connection status. For each location, you store the city and additional name variants so that the position recognises the property even when guests call it something else. You also manage the bookable rates and breakfast settings per location.
Organised everywhere
The task board gets its own filter for each location, every approval request names its location first, and the reservation search looks in the location of the respective task. That way even multi-property operations stay easy to follow.
