Does HostUpp just write into my protel?

Only within your permissions. You can allow booking creation, while critical actions such as changes or cancellations go through the approval gate. Every action is documented.

How does the connection work?

You grant HostUpp access to your protel system, then we set up your position together. No integration project, no servers of your own.

What does the protel connection cost?

Nothing extra. The PMS connection is part of Felix's role, and in the configurator you select it as a module.

Is it called protel or Planet?

Both. protel is part of Planet, and hotels still say protel. The connection is the same.
