Transparency in operation
On our public status page you can see at any time whether all systems are operational: phone, web chat, WhatsApp, email, the portal and the PMS connection, each with its own status. This Help Center also shows the current status as a badge at the top.
When something goes wrong
In the event of a disruption, the status page shows the affected area, the progress of the fix and the all-clear as soon as everything is running again. Past incidents remain available to read there. If in doubt, check the status page first before contacting support, which often saves you an email.
Good to know
Operations run in the EU, in Frankfurt. Your positions work independently of your in-house network: even if the hotel Wi-Fi is acting up, they keep taking calls and messages.
