Why the connection pays off
With a connected hotel system, your position can do more than answer: check availability and rates live, give specific answers to booking enquiries and create bookings directly in the system, provided you enable these permissions. Reading and writing can be controlled separately, and every action is documented.

How setup works
With Mews, an access token from your system is all it takes. With Apaleo you connect via OAuth, and with protel you grant us access to your system. Beforehand, the portal shows in plain language which permissions the position will receive. Then you select your properties and define bookable rates and breakfast options. Your existing technology stays untouched, and you can disconnect at any time.
Strong even without a PMS
The connection is optional. Without it, your position answers all questions from the knowledge base and records booking requests as a task for your team.
