How to get started
HostUpp works like a new hire on your team: you choose a position, we set it up together for your property, and your new digital staff member gets to work. No IT project, no lengthy onboarding.
The path at a glance
- Get to know it: Test Felix in the demo, on the phone or in the web chat. You create your access yourself, no appointment needed.
- Choose a position: Felix (Guest Relations), Stella (Night Concierge) or your own position tailored to your needs.
- Setup: In the portal, a checklist guides you through three steps: connect your hotel, hire your first staff member, connect your first channel. We fill your property's knowledge base together.
- Trial run and go-live: You see every conversation in the portal and approve critical actions until you fully trust the position.
Your position is ready for duty within a few days. Your team stays in control at all times.
