Your team does not have to check the portal

New tasks can reach your team directly: by email or as a message in your team's Telegram group. You set up both per staff member under “Permissions”, including which tasks are reported: all of them, only operational tasks, or only bookings and payments.

Complete tasks directly in Telegram

In the Telegram group, each task card has buttons to take it over, complete it and mark it as urgent. With the /todo command, the bot lists all open tasks. The portal and Telegram stay in sync: anyone who taps “Done” in Telegram also closes the task in the portal and in the hotel system, and vice versa.

Further notifications

Under “Settings” you can also activate an email for every booking, and each position offers a daily summary by email to recipients of your choice.
