Conversations: every exchange traceable

All channels, one list

The “Conversations” section shows all conversations of your positions: phone, web chat and WhatsApp, with search by number, booking reference or topic and filters by channel and time period. Each row shows the guest, if known, the channel, the topic and the time.

The detail view

In the detail view you see the AI summary, the key points such as the request, room, booking and callback number, the urgency and the outcome: resolved independently, handed over to a human or follow-up needed. If a task belongs to the conversation, the two are linked to each other.

Data-minimal by design

We do not store a word-for-word record in our database. The full transcript stays with our AI provider for 30 days and is then deleted. Events, summaries and tasks: personal data is removed after 30 days, anonymous statistics remain. That way the portal stays useful without retaining more guest data than necessary.
