Login and two-factor protection

Logging in

You log in to the portal with your email address and password. Two-factor authentication is mandatory at HostUpp: in addition to your password, you enter a 6-digit code from your authenticator app. A password alone is deliberately not enough, because the portal contains real guest data.

Setting up 2FA

On your first login, the portal guides you through the setup: scan the QR code with an authenticator app (for example Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator), confirm the code, done. Under “Account” you can add further factors, for example on a second device, and change your display name, password or email address.

Forgot your password?

Click “Forgot password?” on the login page and you will receive a reset link by email. For any questions about access, contact support@hostupp.ai.
