Permissions per position: no access, with approval, independent

Three levels, per category

For each position, you set the permissions in three categories: tasks (for example cleaning or maintenance), new bookings, and changes and cancellations. Each category has three levels:

• “No access”: no actions in this category.
• “With approval”: the position prepares the action and waits for your OK in the portal.
• “Independent”: the position carries out the action directly, with a complete log.

The levels apply per category, not across the board: a position may create tasks on its own and still not change a booking without approval.

Deliberate limits

The Night Manager never has write access to the hotel system: what does not happen at night cannot go wrong at night. And every position can be paused with one click, after which it goes silent on all channels immediately until you reactivate it.
